City of Napa Tourism Improvement District (Napa TID)

Created in 2010, the Napa Tourism Improvement District is the official destination marketing organization for Napa, with a mission to promote each diverse lodging property and partner in hospitality. There are currently 24 hotels/motels and 20 bed and breakfast properties operating in the City of Napa. Funded by a 2% Tourism Improvement District assessment on lodging in the City of Napa, the Napa TID utilizes its website (DoNapa.com), participates in the creation of local events, and develops targeted marketing programs that drive overnight stays during the off-season and mid-week occupancy throughout the year. Board members include:

Downtown Napa Association (DNA)

The Downtown Napa Association is a 501(c)(6) corporation founded in 1971. The mission of the DNA is to foster better business in the downtown area, to provide support for the merchants and professionals, and to promote downtown as the core of the community for business, entertainment, and culture.  Its members include restaurants, shops, stores and professional services which are all located in downtown Napa. Downtown Napa Property and Business Improvement District (DNPBID)

Developed by a coalition of property owners in 2005, the Downtown Napa Property and Business Improvement District (DNPBID) generates funding by an assessment on properties in the Downtown and Oxbow areas. The purpose of the DNPBID is to provide activities and improvements which constitute and create a special benefit to assessed parcels. The DNPBID provides beautification, maintenance & infrastructure, marketing, ambassador & safekeeping, and related advocacy & administration directly and only to assessed parcels within its boundaries.
