Bonsai Bar at Fieldwork Brewery
Fieldwork Brewery Company hosts a Bonsai Bar workshop on Wednesday, May 14, at 6 p.m. Participants will get a Dwarf Jade (Portulacaria afra) and learn the fundamental skills and techniques behind the art of bonsai. Teachers will introduce core concepts and guide you as you pot, prune, and design your own bonsai tree. The price is $100 at bonsaibar.com.

Darling Wines at Cadet
Tom and Ashley Darling of Darling Wines come to Cadet on Wednesday, May 14, at 5 p.m. Darling Wines produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and even Gamay Noir sourced from coastal vineyards in western Sonoma County, Anderson Valley and Mendocino Ridge. Their goal is to highlight the energy and character of each site and variety through transparent winemaking in collaboration with small family growers.
