Incorporating interactive and tech-forward amenities combined with expert knowledge and a passion for sharing the best Napa Valley has to offer, the Welcome Center is your first stop to plan a totally customized Napa Valley adventure. The friendly staff is armed with insider tips on everything from where to find the best happy hours to locating hidden hiking spots, and they can’t wait to be your inside guide to a taste of the good life.

Visitors and locals alike will delight in being immersed by a floor to ceiling digital video wall showcasing the best things to see and do in Napa Valley, and discovering off-the-beaten path hidden gems that even those born and raised in the valley might not know about. You’ll also find complimentary maps, guides, and personalized concierge service available at the Welcome Center.
Recharge and refresh
Find free parking and electric charging stations at the Clay Street Garage, located just around the corner from the Napa Valley Welcome Center. The Welcome Center provides a sparkling clean restrooms, complete with fresh flowers, so you can freshen up before heading out on your adventures. It’s also pet friendly, so bring your furry friend in for some water and pats from the friendly volunteers.
