The CIA at Copia presents a new cocktail lounge, the Haven, on the second floor with views of the mountains and garden.
The Haven’s cocktails offer a nod and a twist to classics dating back to the 1800s. And the food is all prepared over an open fire, no silverware needed.
The Haven is open Fridays and Saturdays, 8 p.m. – midnight.
