Rotation by Feast it Forward is a first-of-its-kind culinary residency that celebrates cuisine, creativity, and connection. Housed at the renowned Oxbow Public Market in downtown Napa, this dynamic, evolving restaurant features a new chef each month—bringing their signature flavors, personal stories, and cultural inspirations to life.
More than just a meal, each chef’s residency is a journey of taste and storytelling—where every dish is rooted in authenticity, and every plate sparks conversation. Rotation invites guests to engage deeply with the people and passions behind the food.
Rotation is founded by Napa local Katie Hamilton Shaffer and executive Chef is Jeff Mosher, who has decades of experience with seasonal food in Napa Valley.
Each month, Rotation welcomes a celebrated and notable Chef to take center stage at the restaurant. Kicking things off in March is Chef Tristen Epps, the 2025 Bravo Top Chef Winner (among other accolades)! In April, the first female to compete in the American continent of the Bocuse d’Or take the stove — Nyesha Arrington.
