Bazán Cellars

Immigrating from Oaxaca, Mexico to the Napa Valley in 1973, Mario Bazán started as a farmworker in the vineyards working for some of the valley’s most prestigious wineries. He worked through the ranks and went on to oversee operations at iconic vineyards including Opus One and To Kalon before starting his own vineyard management company. Mario’s passion for growing high quality grapes inspired him to create wines with strong farming roots.

With a refined portfolio of wines, they opened the first Bazán Cellars Tasting Room in 2019 in Downtown Napa.  In February of 2023, Bazán Cellars is relocating and expanding to 1000 Main St. at the foot of the First St. Bridge at the Opera House Plaza.
