The CIA’s Worlds of Flavor international conference and festival this year explores the influence of the Mediterranean region’s diverse agricultural offerings, culinary techniques and cultural traditions Nov. 5–7, at the CIA at Copia in Napa. They’ll delve into the culinary heritage from Morocco and Tunisia in North Africa into the Middle East to the Gulf States.
