Worlds of Flavor Pop-Up at The Grove
World-renowned Turkish Chef Musa Dağdeviren, celebrated on Netflix’s Chef’s Table, will bring his artistry to a pop-up dinner series during the Worlds of Flavor International Conference and Festival. He will take over CIA’s Napa restaurant, The Grove, from Nov. 6 to 9, bringing the best of his Istanbul restaurant, Çiya Sofrasi with a four-course menu that highlights the rich The evening begins with an onion soup with warm pita bread, followed by fasulye piyazi. The third course features mualle, a regional vegetable and lentil dish. The centerpiece of the menu is a lamb kebab with quince and cipollini onions.
