Women in Wine Brunch at Vin en Noir

The first in the Women in Wine Brunch series at Vin en Noir will be on July 9 at 11 a.m. Dine and talk with Dr. Chris Wachira of @wachirawines. Chef Leilani will create dishes paired with the wines from Wachira. Wachira Wines is a black-owned, woman-owned winery in Alameda County and the culmination of the vision and effort of Dr. Wachira, the first Kenyan-born Californian winemaker, distributor, importer and exporter. Chef Leilani Baugh is owner of Magnolia Street Wine Lounge & Kitchen and a new addition, Vin en Noir, the first and only Black and Asian, woman-owned collective wine tasting room in Napa.
