The March 11, 2023 installment of the Women in the Arts program is the series’ first high tea service and includes Chef Jose Mejia’s expertly prepared gourmet menu paired with a custom-curated selection of teas from UppercaseTea/The Sisterhood of Tea. Alison Kilmer, founder and owner of UppercaseTea/The Sisterhood of Tea, will share the stories behind each tea and her entrepreneurial path.

Proceeds from the afternoon benefit the American Canyon chapter of Soroptimist International’s college scholarships for Napa County women and girls.

Celebrating the accomplishments of nationally recognized female artists, “Women in the Arts” is a special event speaker series that takes place quarterly in an exclusive and intimate setting at The Meritage Resort and Spa. Each event includes a featured female artist, women leaders in the wine, spirits, and beverage industries, and wine/beverage companies led by women paired with a specially curated multi-course meal.

A portion of the proceeds from each Women in the Arts event supports scholarship programs for women and girls in Napa County and beyond.

Alongside the curated teas from Uppercase Tea/The Sisterhood of Tea, Rosé and Sparkling Rosé from Trinitas Cellars will also be served.
