Wine Wednesday at Cadet

Cadet Wine + Beer Bar holds Wine Wednesday every week at 5 p.m.

The subject on Oct. 11 is volcanic wines with Obsidian Wine Co. Founding winemaker Michael Terrien has created a series of volcanic wines that erupt with flavor and structure. He’ll offer Obsidian’s Pet Nat, white wine, Pinot Noir and Cabernet, each wine an expression of the harsh soil where the grapes are grown.
