Welcome West at Napa Yard

Welcome West plays on the Beer Garden Stage at Napa Yard at Oxbow Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 5 to 8 p.m. Welcome West is a modern bluegrass band based in Sacramento Valley.
