Visit Copia at Earth Day

Copia is participating in this year’s Earth Day Napa Cleanup and Festival on Sunday, April 23, at Oxbow Commons.  Stop by the CIA at Copia booth from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to chat with members of their team and learn more about its garden and sustainability efforts at the Culinary Institute of America and how they’re working to help make the food industry more eco-friendly.
