• • Gentleman Farmer Wines: Gentleman Farmer Wines will serve an intimate eight-course dining experience paired with its wines. Only 14 seats are available per seating at noon and 6 p.m. for a set menu prepared by the vintners and owners, Jeff Durham and Joey Wołosz. They will host you in Gentleman Farmer style weaving in tales of wine and life while sharing a cozy Valentine’s Day. The noon meal is $350 per person including wines.   • The Grove Restaurant at CIA at Copia:  Executive chef Deborah Mullin has created a four-course, prix-fixe pasta dinner for two inspired by what’s seasonal from the culinary garden, utilizing locally sourced heritage meats and seafood.  It costs $120 ($60 per person) for amuse, pasta and dessert, but $80 or $155 more to add a main course.
