Tracy Cruz appears at JaM Cellars Studio on Saturday, Jan. 11, from 9 to 11 p.m.   Born in Quezon City in the Philippines, the Bay Area’s Tracy Cruz is a full-time musical artist, songwriter and vocal coach, and recipient of 44 music awards  She sings upbeat, rhythmic neo soul, jazz, R&B, hip hop and Filipino fusions with her band Instrumentali-T.
