NAPA VALLEY MUSTARD CELEBRATION

The Napa Valley Mustard Celebration occurs January through March. It showcases the wild mustard plants with their bright yellow flowers that bloom during the rainy off season in Napa Valley. Artist Jessel Miller has helped resurrect the celebration that is being embraced throughout the valley with all the arts.

Sculptor Mario Chiodo at Gallery 1870: Meet sculptor Mario Chiodo at Art Walk Napa 2024 on Saturday, Feb. 10, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. California Wine Guy will be pouring on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. Mario Chiodo is a new addition to the artists at Gallery 1870 – Fine Art Napa. Chiodo as a young artist struggled with severe color blindness but defied the odds and became a renowned sculptor, artist and designer who brought life to historical monuments, national icons, horrific monsters and angelic beings. Mustard in the Gallery: Art Gallery Napa Valley, a co-op gallery of the Art Association Napa Valley, will feature artwork with a Mustard theme for the entire month of March, 2024. Fifty-plus (50+) local area artists will include the bright yellows and greens of wild mustard in their paintings, photography, fused glass, jewelry, pottery and more.
