The CIA at Copia presents American Bounty

The CIA at Copia presents American Bounty, a six-day long celebration July 4 to 9 that showcases the culinary traditions of American cuisines:

• Tuesday, July 4: New England Summer in Napa, 4 to 6:30 p.m. with a New England clambake from chef Jeremy Sewall in the garden, $125-$250

• Wednesday, July 5: Oklahoma Fried Onion Cheeseburger drive-by pop-up at Lunch Box from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., $9.50

• Thursday, July 6: Philly Cheesesteak, drive-by pop-up at Lunch Box from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., $9.50

• Friday, July 7: San Francisco – A Classic American Melting Pot with chef Mark Dommen from One Market Restaurant in San Francisco, 6:30 p.m., $95 to $250

• Saturday, July 8: California Soul, 6:30 p.m. with chef Tanya Holland and her modern soul food and Black southern classics, $95-$250

• Saturday, July 9: Festival Napa Valley’s “Time for Three” concert takes place in the morning, and summer food stations are available in the evening.
