In its third year, the Chardonnay/Pinot brings together the world’s finest vintners in an exclusive invite-only participation and stands to be the preeminent Chardonnay and Pinot Noir -focused wine event of the year. Why would an event feature these two varietals together? The funny thing is that where there is Chardonnay, there is usually Pinot Noir. Or vice versa. Because both grapes like similar conditions: cool and intermediate climates.
