Juicy, flavorful meat, faster cooking time, and an easy, impressive carve. Each turkey comes with rich turkey stock so you can turn those drippings into gravy worth bragging about. Classic brined turkeys are simply brined, air-dried and ready to roast in a disposable pan. Pickup is Tuesday and Wednesday of Thanksgiving week. They also have whole smoked hams for those who say “No thanks” to turkey. The turkey’s just the opening act — the real stars of Thanksgiving are the sides (and maybe that leftover mash-up plate the next day). Here are some appetizers, side dishes and a dessert:
- Country Pâté – The perfect pre-dinner snack while the game’s on (and pairs nicely with “just one more” glass of wine).
- Alder wood smoked bacon – Your Brussels sprouts just leveled up.
- Sourdough and sausage stuffing – Take-and-bake tins of pure, carb-happy joy.
- Winter squash gratin – Layers of squash, caramelized onions, date-lemon compote and pepitas. So good, you’d never guess it’s vegan.
- Mini buttermilk biscuits – Flaky, golden and just the right size for sandwiching leftovers. Sold by the dozen.
- Roasted turkey stock – Limited batches to make your gravy next-level.
- Apple crisp – Oat and nut crumble atop Devoto Orchard apples, take-and-bake!
