Taste With The Winemaker / Dog Day Afternoon at Outer Space Wines

Outer Space Wines serves a double-whammy on Saturday, June 8.

Michael Terrien, co-founder of Obsidian Wine Company will be in Outer Space presenting Obsidian wines from 2 to 4:30PM. Obsidian Wine Co, the featured winery at the wine bar in May into June, specializes in cool-climate Carneros Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, husky & delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from the Mayacamas Mountain Range in Lake County and lip-smacking, fizzy Pet-Nat. On this Saturday in June, Michael will join us in Outer Space to talk about the wines as we all sip them and enjoy. The tasting line-up is below.

Cost for the tasting is (just) $15, with $5 credit for each bottle of Obsidian Wine Company wine purchased.

Also on Saturday June 8 is Dog Day Afternoon, running from 12 noon to 5 PM. Bring your dog(s) in for Yappy Hour, enjoy an Obsidian tasting, glass of wine, bottle or a wine cocktail. What a fun way to spend some time enjoying our downtown with or without your four-legged friend!

The afternoon’s co-sponsor is Friends of Napa County Animal Shelter (FONCAS). As the day’s non-profit beneficiary, all gratuities and 10% of bottle sales will be donated to them.
