CELEBRATING UNIQUE REGIONAL PIES FROM ITALY AND AMERICA

Throughout the summer, The Grove Restaurant at CIA at Copia will welcome top pizzaiolos to showcase the art of pizza making during our first annual Summer of Pies.

Every week or two, we’ll showcase a new pizza style created by CIA alumni, as well as guest chefs from our series sponsor, the California Milk Advisory Board.

Second stop: Rome with ROMAN TAGLIO – June 19 to June 30.  

In addition to the delicious Grove menu, we will be having the Roman Taglio for just over a week, so be sure to make your reservation now!
