Throughout the summer, The Grove Restaurant at CIA at Copia will welcome top pizzaiolos to showcase the art of pizza making during our first annual Summer of Pies.

Every week or two, we’ll showcase a new pizza style created by CIA alumni, as well as guest chefs from our series sponsor, the California Milk Advisory Board.

Relish the California-Style Neapolitan pizza at The Grove, with its thin, crispy crust, and a variety of fresh locally sourced and fresh ingredients used as toppings. This style of pizza incorporates unconventional flavors from barbecue chicken or even smoked salmon. This distinct style of pizza sets it apart from the rest and it’s only here for a limited time!
