Spicebox Kitchen at Shackford’s Kitchen and Culinary in Napa
Shackford’s Kitchen and Culinary in Napa, California is hosting a plant-based cooking class on July 19th 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Shackford’s Kitchen and Culinary in downtown Napa.
The class will be taught by Dr. Linda Shiue, MD, who will teach students how to make tofu in three different ways. Dr. Shiue will pull inspiration from traditional Asian flavors, creating globally inspired, vegetable-forward recipes.
Each student will be given a copy of Dr. Shiue’s book, Spicebook Kitchen.
