Napa singer-songwriter Shelby Ann appears at Be Bubbly on Friday, July 28, from 7 to 10 p.m. After honing her skills throughout her youth, 16-year-old Shelby Ann began to write and perform her own music.  Inspired by artists from Johnny Cash to Nirvana, her songwriting style blends the angst and energy of ‘90s altrock/grunge with the sensibility of Americana and roots rock.
