Salty Goats at Cadet
Salty Goats wine visits Cadet on Wednesday, July 16, at 5 p.m. Salty Goats is a wine company in the Coastal Hills of Northern California that produces site-driven Pinot Noir and Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. The name, Salty Goats, reflects partners Philip Holbrook and Joe Harden’s wine philosophy: salty, reflecting the influence of the coast on the vineyards and wines, and goats because of the long history of goats employed in organic vineyard management and the region’s agricultural landscape. The Salty Goats team will be filling glasses with their Cabernet and Pinot Noir and telling stories of the coast (and even the inspiration they received from a goat named Harry).
