Roy Ayers tribute at Folklore

Make it Funky is a monthly vinyl DJ party @ Folklore dedicated to the classic sounds of funk, hip-hop, 80’s and disco. This month, we’ll be hosting a special tribute to the late great pioneer of the jazz funk sound – Roy Ayers!

Your host DJ Sneak-E Pete welcomes monthly guests from SF, Oakland and beyond – and spent many years as resident DJ in SF venues including Madrone, Monarch, and John Collins. In May, we welcome special guest Jon Sy from San Jose.
