Prime rib Sunday at Charlie Palmer Steak

Charlie Palmer Steak serves a three-course menu featuring the best prime rib in town.  The first course is a choice of fall Napa greens with toybox tomato, salt-roasted beet and shallot vinaigrette or butternut squash soup with crème fraîche, pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds. The main course is Creekstone 12 oz. prime rib with creamed baby kale, au jus and horseradish cream. Dessert is Jorge’s hot fudge sundae with fresh spun vanilla ice cream, brandied cherries, Chantilly, toasted Marcona almonds and hot fudge.
