Out-of-State licensing class

Alicia Cronbach, alcoholic beverage attorney and founder of Cronbach Law Group PC, will teach a one-day class in out-of-state licensing on June 6, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Napa River Inn. This class is a part of an ongoing winery compliance course and provides participants with an overview of the history of alcoholic beverage law and regulation, focusing on out-of-state licensing for a California winery.  Participants will learn about the licenses and permits required to fulfill direct-toconsumer and wholesale wine sales outside California, including evaluating the cost of obtaining and maintaining licenses and related reporting requirements. Loco-Motion Finish Line Celebration

Loco-Motion Month of Movement, Napa Valley’s fitness and fundraising challenge benefiting the Vine Trail, comes to a festive conclusion on Sunday, June 8, with a Chef and Winemaker Tour de Vine Trail bike ride for participants who raised $2,500, then a finish-line celebration for all at CIA at Copia from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  The celebration includes prizes and recognitions as well as an opportunity to taste the Vine Trail Vintner Collection and wines from Napa Valley winemakers.  Featured wines will include Alpha Omega Winery, Crocker & Starr, Gemstone Vineyards, Rocca Family Vineyards, Newton Vineyard, Silver Oak Cellars, Spottswoode Winery, Tamber Bey Winery, Vineyard 29 and Whitehall Lane.  In addition, Olabisi, Yates Family Vineyard and more wineries will pour selections for guests.  Those who raised $100 or more during the Loco-Motion Fitness & Fundraising Challenge will receive tokens for the wine tasting.
