CIA at Copia is excited to host the New American Harvest, a celebration of Napa’s harvest and the connection to the food and the land it comes from. Join them for a day with a film screening and Q&A, a chef’s dinner, and an expo with vendors, producers, artisans and more. The day culminates in a Chef’s Dinner created by the renowned chefs of Bacoa (https://bacoapr.com/en/) in Puerto Rico.
The Chef’s Dinner starts at 6:30pm with the founders of one of America’s best restaurants in Puerto Rico, Bacoa. This is a really great opportunity to experience a true Puerto Rican Feast…not something many of us have done! It’s $190 for an amazing dinner!
