Napa Hometown Band Christmas Concert at The Garden

The Napa Hometown Band will be performing their Christmas concert on Dec 22, 6 p.m. at The Garden, 1500 First St, Napa. The theme of the concert is Christmas Music, Medleys and Mashups.

The concert will be approximately an hour long and will feature classic Holiday music, much of it in the form of medleys with unexpected twists.Pieces performed will include A Christmas Festival, The Christmas Song, Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, and Sleigh Ride among others.

There is no cover charge for attending the concert.

The Napa Hometown Band is conducted by Alan K. Parks, a local musician and music educator, and the twenty piece wind ensemble is comprised of professional and amateur musicians from the Napa area. The band was formed in September of this year. The mission of the group is to play classic concert band music for the community of Napa, not in concert halls, but in public spaces such as parks, restaurants and at public events.
