Michelle Lambert at JaM Cellars Studio

Michelle Lambert appears at JaM Cellars Studio on Friday, Jan. 10, from 9 to 11 p.m.  This genre-defying pop/folk singer/songwriter from Mendocino County graduated from Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship. Lambert began studying violin at 2, vocals at 5, and piano and drums soon after to develop her songwriting and musical foundation. Her single, “Come to Me,” reached number one on Indie Radio for four consecutive weeks. She is influenced by her studies in Celtic music, and female empowerment is a recurring theme in her music.
