Mexican Independence Day at Chispa

Chispa celebrates Independence Day on Tuesday, Sept.16, starting at 3 p.m. until sold out with quesabirria tacos from Chef Eddy Balbuena. The warm corn tortillas are filled with slow-cooked, shredded meat and melted cheese, pan-fried until crispy and served with a flavorful consommé for dunking, dipping and slurping. $15 per plate.
