La  Toque’s 42nd annual All Black Truffle Menu will debut on Friday, Jan. 5. The tasting menu costs $295. Optional wine pairings are $125.  They will also have a vegetarian version of the truffle menu at $200 with optional wine pairing $125 A 20% service charge, shared by the entire staff, will be included on each check.
