The Blue Note presents Keiko Matsui celebrating her new album, Euphoria, on Saturday, May 20, at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Sunday, May 21 at 3 and 6:30 p.m. Keiko Matsui is a Japanese keyboardist and composer, specializing in smooth jazz and new-age music. Matsui blends Western and Eastern music. Though her early training focused on classical music, in junior high school she developed an interest in jazz and began composing her own music. Tickets are $35 to $65.
