John Pizzarrelli at the Blue Note

Blue Note presents guitarist and singer John Pizzarrelli on Friday, Feb. 9, at 6 and 9 p.m. Pizzarelli has been hailed by The Boston Globe for “reinvigorating the Great American Songbook and repopularizing jazz.” One of the prime contemporary interpreters of the Great American Songbook, Pizzarelli has expanded that repertoire to include the music of Paul McCartney, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Tom Waits, Antônio Carlos Jobim and the Beatles.
