Jarvis Conservatory presents the documentary film: Carving The Divine on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 4 and 7 p.m. Carving the Divine offers a rare look into a 1,400-yearold Buddhist woodcarving tradition and practitioners struggling to preserve its legacy in a changing Japan.
