Janet Fletcher’s ‘World Cheese Tour’ classes: Sept. 9: Blue-Ribbon Winners from the American Cheese Society

Janet Fletcher, author of Cheese & Wine, Cheese & Beer and the Planet Cheese blog, has resumed her popular monthly tasting series surveying the world of fine cheese on Tuesday evenings through next November. This will be its 13th season. Classes are held at Winston’s Café in Napa and begin with a halfhour reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by a sit-down guided cheese tasting. Each class features a unique theme and appropriate domestic and international wines.

This class’s theme is: Blue-Ribbon Winners from the American Cheese Society – Your opportunity to taste what the experts consider the best American cheesemaking.
