Janet Fletcher’s ‘World Cheese Tour’ classes: April 8: Undiscovered Italy

Janet Fletcher, author of Cheese & Wine, Cheese & Beer and the Planet Cheese blog, has resumed her popular monthly tasting series surveying the world of fine cheese on Tuesday evenings through next November. This will be its 13th season. Classes are held at Winston’s Café in Napa and begin with a halfhour reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by a sit-down guided cheese tasting. Each class features a unique theme and appropriate domestic and international wines.

This class’s theme is: Undiscovered Italy – “Travel” the back roads and discover some lesserknown gems made by Italy’s finest cheese artisans.
