Cadet Beer & Wine Bar presents its first Whiskey Wednesday featuring Irish whiskies, local cheese pairings and lively discussion with The Irish Whiskey Lad, Andrew Healy, an independent Irish whiskey educator, on Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 5 to 7 p.m.  Irish-born Healy will guide you through three pairings featuring pours of Fercullen Falls, Redbreast 12-year-old Single Pot Still and Bushmills 12-year-old single malt.
