Hungarian wine walkaround tasting

Compline Wine Shop hosts a walkaround tasting of Hungarian wine on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Compline’s Peter Wassam, who was in Hungary last month, will give a guided overview before a tasting of eight Hungarian wines. They won’t just be Tokaji; you’ll get a bird’s eye view (and a mouthful) of red and white wines from all over the Hungarian countryside. Tickets cost $40.
