Homage to Italy at the CIA at Copia

In cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco, CIA at Copia is excited to present a day dedicated to Italian cuisine and culture on Tuesday, May 23 at CIA at Copia. Join them for demonstrations and dinner featuring exceptional Italian chefs, Patrizia Pasqualetti, second generation gelato chef and owner of Gelato by Patrizia (as seen at Eataly), and Viola Buitoni, acclaimed chef instructor and food writer.
