Tommy Oldre of Vineyard Brands will bring Champagne and Burgundy to taste at Compline on Wednesday, Dec. 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
They’ll be pouring tastes of Delamotte, Thomas Morey, Henri Gouges, Louis Michel and other wines in a relaxed, walk-around format. Chef Jammir will make cookies to keep it extra merry, and you can enjoy some music and hang out with industry friends before the holiday weekends.
It’s pretty chilly in Compline’s cellar-temperature wine shop so wear your most hideous holiday sweater. They have a gift for the person wearing the most ridiculous sweater of the night. (Hint: the gift will be Burgundy.) The price for the event is $50.
