Grange Harvest Dinner at Stanly Ranch features root vegetables

Beets, snap peas, cucumbers and more take center stage at the next installment of the Grange Harvest Dinner Series at Stanly Ranch on Sunday, June 9, at 6 p.m. As we embrace a new season and yet another bountiful harvest, celebrate the edible treasures that grow between spring and summer while sipping wines by the famed Donum Estate. The herbs and vegetables at Stanly Ranch are sourced from the resort’s on-property chef’s garden, The Grange. The Grange will be the backdrop of the Harvest Dinner series, and diners are invited to explore the garden while chatting with Chef Anthony about organic gardening, growing varietals, menu inspiration and ingredient sourcing.
