The Galactic Cabernet Tasting is a guided tasting of four top single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons, blends and Cabernet Franc from different Napa Valley regions, sometimes with a highly rated wine from elsewhere. Outer Space Wines’ Dan Dawson (the first sommelier at The French Laundry) begins the tasting with a short lesson on what makes Napa Valley special for Cabernet Sauvignon, then guide guests through the tasting. The cost is $75 per tasting
