‘From Bean to Bar’ at Chateau Buena Vista

It’s chocolate education “From Bean to Bar” at Chateau Buena Vista on Sunday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to noon. Rise and shine with a glass of Champagne or  a mimosa, and join the chocolatiers of Earth & Sky Chocolates to experience the Bean to Bar journey. You will discover cacao farming and processing, bonbon design and production, and create your own chocolate bar.
