Fourth of July Celebration at CIA at Copia

What better way to celebrate Independence Day than with a good ol’ fashioned New England clambake? We’re taking it to the next level! Join special guest chef Jeremy Sewall, CIA ’92, Boston restaurateur, and two-time James Beard Award nominee—on Tuesday, July 4 in the garden at CIA at Copia as he brings his New England flavors to Napa. East coast meets west coast with a seasonal menu served family-style, featuring lobsters, oysters, and more seafood raised or caught by his friends and family in New England.
