First Friday art show and concert at Napa Valley Distillery

The Hollywood Room of Napa Valley Distillery presents a free first Friday art show and concert with John Mason and Hane McLeaish on Friday, June 7, from 7 to 10 p.m. John Mason from Scotland is frequently compared to Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Ben Howard and Jack Johnson. He tours and continues to grow a fanbase the world over with every performance and record. His third studio album, Lost And Found, featuring collaborations with LA-based hip hop group That Kid Is You, is set for release this summer. Hane McLeaish, a singer-songwriter raised and writing in the American South, has dedicated the last 20 years to finding himself through songwriting. “Music helps me connect to others and feel less lonesome in a place that can, at times, feel desolate,” he says. “Music is my action—creating spaces where love, loss, and life intersect for everyone.” The Hollywood Room opens at 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Doors open one hour before the event begins. The $5 cover goes to the artists. Napa Valley Distillery, 2485 Stockton St., Napa, www.napadistillery.com
