Fatted Calf Classes: Sausage 101

Fatted Calf offers classes once in a while for dedicated carnivores. he cost of each class is $275 per person and includes three hours of instruction, a snack and a bag of meaty goodies you helped to prepare to take with you.

Sausage 101 on Sunday, Oct.13 is an introductory sausage class that covers the basics of cutting, grinding, stuffing, linking and more.
