Farm at the Table: Stemple Creek Ranch

Where does our food come from? This is the 2nd event in our “Farm at the Table” series, in which we showcase the purveyors we work with and celebrate the real, local, quality ingredients they bring to our tables. Stemple Creek Ranch, owned by Loren Poncia, provides our beef. His family raises cattle on open pastures, employing regenerative agricultural practices to restore health to the soil and capture carbon. Stemple Creek Ranch is part of the Marin Carbon Project—and the grass-fed beef they produce is great! Join Loren for a short lesson on regenerative agriculture, followed by a 3-course communal menu by Chef Jammir Gray. Price includes the menu and one glass of sparkling wine.
