Farm at the Table: Fungi Foraging w/ Gordon Walker

Where does our food come from?

This is the first event in Compline Restaurant’s “Farm at the Table” series, in which we showcase the purveyors we work with and celebrate the real, local, quality ingredients they bring to our tables.

Our first event features Dr. Gordon Walker – @fascinatedbyfungi – whose mushroom education and foraging has grown him a cult online following, and he’s currently writing his first book about mushrooms for Penguin Random House. Join Dr. Walker for a short foraging video and lesson at Compline Restaurant, followed by a four-course, mushroom-themed menu by Chef Jammir Gray.

This is an indoor, communal viewing and dining experience. $100.00 per person- Price includes the menu and one glass of sparkling wine.
